What a turnover has to catch between guests
A turnover is a short window with a long list. The beds are stripped and remade, the bathrooms reset, the kitchen wiped and checked for anything left behind, and the floors finished last so nothing tracks back across them. Restocking checks, like towels and basics, belong on the same pass.
Linens are usually the bottleneck. Clean sheets and towels have to be washed, dried and folded before the next bed can be made, and a host who does that between every stay is giving up an afternoon each time.
Guests notice both halves. A spotless bathroom with a thin stack of towels still reads as a missed detail, which is why the cleaning and the laundry need to be planned together.
How Green House handles the turnover
The cleaning fee is a reasonable per-visit amount, agreed with you in advance. Laundry is $15 per load, in addition to that fee. Each load includes wash and fold, plus transportation to and from our office.
Your clean linens stay together in a dedicated basket for your property, ready for the next cleaning. It is a simple system that keeps linens organized between stays.
Scheduling is guaranteed with at least one day's notice. If a last-minute booking comes in, ask about same-day service; we help when we can, though it cannot be guaranteed. Saturday and Sunday service is available at a premium charge, for the weekends when guests turn over.
Keeping every turnover consistent
Consistency is the point of a program. The same all-natural products, vinegar, lemon juice and baking soda with no bleach or ammonia, and the same checklist go through the property each visit, so what you see after one clean matches the next.
Leave entry instructions so the crew can get in without waiting on you, and add a note for anything a guest left behind or a spot you want watched. Tell us about your property, your turnover schedule and your linen needs, and we will work out the per-visit fee with you.
