Home cleaning, room by room

Throughout the house
- Vacuum carpets, rugs and stairs, edges included
- Wash or mop floors to suit the surface
- Dust blinds, windowsills, lamps and baseboards within reach
- Clean mirrors and picture glass
- Make beds, with linens washed when your plan includes it
- Empty wastebaskets and tidy each room
Kitchen
- Counters, cabinet fronts, tables and appliance surfaces
- Sinks and faucets scrubbed, dried and shined
- Range top, drip pans, burner grates, knobs and range hood
- Refrigerator top and exterior
- Microwave inside and out, turntable too
- Floors washed last
Bathrooms
- Showers, tubs and sinks scrubbed for soap scum
- Vanities, backsplashes and toilets, bowl to base
- Mirrors cleaned and chrome polished
- Floors and tile walls scrubbed, then deodorized
- Vanity items returned to their places
Optional extras
Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, thorough inside window glass, or a garage area. Name them when you ask for an estimate so the crew can allow the time.
Blinds are dusted and sills cleaned as a matter of course; glass is spot-cleaned as needed.
Business cleaning on your hours

A reasonable cleaning fee per visit, set with you in advance, plus $15 for each laundry load.
Linens taken care of
Each load is washed and folded, carried to and from our office, and kept in a dedicated basket for your property.
Dependable scheduling
Guaranteed service with at least one day of notice. Same-day help may be possible but is never promised. Weekends carry a premium.
What don't you clean?
For liability reasons the crews do not climb ladders, clean tilt windows or wipe TV screens. Inside ovens and refrigerators are not part of a regular clean but can be added on request. More answers sit on the FAQ page.
