How long will my clean take?
The crews work fast, so a few hours covers more than most people expect.

A budget limit, honored in order
Tell the office your ceiling, beyond the two labor hour minimum, and the crew works inside it.
If the budget is low, the crew may not reach the whole house. The plan is to start with what matters most to you and keep going until the time runs out.

Residential estimates come over the phone as a free range. The crew does not walk through a home first, and the actual time can skew either way with clutter and frequency; the team tells you during the clean if it looks like running long. The services page lists what each clean covers.
How do I pay, and should I tip?
- Pay by check or cash: if you are home, the crew leader gives you a total at the end of the clean.
- Otherwise we send an invoice by text or email. A credit card adds 3% at the bottom of the invoice; a mailed check leaves that off.
- Tips are always appreciated and never required.
- Airbnb hosts pay a per-visit fee agreed in advance plus $15 per laundry load; the Airbnb cleaning page explains the linens.
